Please Help

Everything seems to work fine except the video only converts the first ten seconds or so.

Each time the video in my library says that "The parental controls prohibit play"

Also the screen will sometimes say "This disk is not formatted to play in this region"

Im so confused. How do i take off the parental controls if there are any?

In iTunes:

Choose Edit > Preferences and click Parental.
If the lock is closed, click it and type your administrator password.
