Help please!!!

when i open the media center it an about blank comes up i tryed moving it to the desktop then insert storage media at the save destination comes up.insert storage media at the save destination comes up even when i click on the file it self. i tryed moving it to the desktop it still dosent work i followed this guide perfectly but it still comes up am i supost to put the media guide in the directory?i tryed it both ways but this still happed. please help!!!!!!

Try reviewing these forums a little deeper next time, because this issue has been brought up twice. If you get that error when trying to copy a music or video file over, it's because you have a space or unknown char in the file name. Try deleting every "space" in the filename itself and see how that works.
