i cannot seem to rip the movies off of my dvds. i pop the dvd in, click "select file" click "my computer" and then on the movie that is in the drive, then on whatever folder pops up (VT_[something or other]) and then a bunch of "media files" come up. i can convert the first one, but it is only the warning or whatever that is at the very beginning. it is not even the movie. so then i try the next one ( of 12 files or so). this one causes an error. so no conversion is done at all. i am very confused. please help. thanks.
