Problem With Video Quality and Size

I put a video on my iPod and I selected H.264 QVGA 2-Pass for the quality, but when i watch it on my iPod if the widescreen mode is on then the quality is great but when i watch it in full screen the sides are out of the picture and the quality is really bad. Is there a way i can change this so that the picture size is just right for my iPod video and the picture quality is good too?:confused: Thanks

You would have to stretch the video, everything would look skinny - it's possible (using AVS Maker below, for example), but I wouldn't suggest doing it. Neither would most others.

You could just get the full-screen version of the video if it's available.
