Bigger than what? Making it bigger than the original source file is a waste of time. The picture quality will suffer greatly. Making it bigger than the native iPod screen size (320x240) is a waste of space (file size) if you only watch it on the iPod. Making it bigger than 320x240 will help if you watch the iPod on an external (larger) screen or want to watch them on the computer.

Hi I have a similar question. I started using Videora to convert my vids, and everything is working out as it should be. Except now, after every conversion, I have TWO versions of ONE video. the first one, which is the original (great quality) and the second one, which is the ipod version (great quality on ipod, BUT poor quality when played on computer.)

I would really like to only have ONE video format, but the problem is that if i delete the ORIGINAL vid, I would loose the one which plays in great quality on the comp. And I cant delete the ipod version, or else, i wouldnt have vids in my ipod.

Could you please help me understand how to convert all my vids just as they are (quality and size wise)? I would really appreciate it. Videora is a bit confusing for me with all the "encoder", "video codec", "profile", "level", "mode", bitrate", "resolution", "auto resize" options and stuff. Thank YOU. If you could help, I'd be eternally grateful.

The problem is that the simplest answer to your question uses these terms. You want to use a resolution (size of the video on screen) of 640x480 at the highest possible bitrate (size of video on the hard drive, based on length of video) for your codec (H.264 = 1500, MPEG-4 = 2500). If you don't want to learn this stuff, then you may want to consider a commercial product.
