Whenever I convert a video, it gets to 100% but the bar just stays there for as long as I let it sit and the only button I can press is abort. Any idea what's going on with it?

I am also having this problem... Im running windows Vista on a Athlon X2 4200+
(and yes i did run as administrator)

The progress bar isn't always accurate. Watch the stats pane on the left... if numbers are still moving, it's not done.
