itunes help

i have album art for every single song which i have
but i just downloaded a new album and when i try to paste to album art there paste tab is grey (therefor meaning i cant click on it and paste).

any clues on how to fix this.
im a neat freak and need to fix

Don't albums downloaded through the iTunes store have album art already included?

Can you make any changes to your file? Renaming it, for example?
