Good afternoon,

I have an 80G iPod and haven't been able to load my own (legitimate) DVDs, such as the one of me skydiving for the first and likely only time. Apple suggested VideoRA, which I downloaded. However, when I click on the installer icon, iTunes opens and gives me this message: The following files [VideoRA 2.19] could not be imported (they may be an unrecognized file type or the viles may not contain valid data).

I confess to being new to the program, and I know you folks are a whole lot smarter than I about this sort of thing. Can you help me?

You do not import videora into iTunes.

Double-Click on the icon to install it. Then go to the Start Menu and find the Videora iPod Converter and run that program.

I apologize. I miswrote *iTunes*, when I meant *iPhoto*.

When I double-click the installer (videoraipodconverter_Installer.exe) on my desktop, *iPhoto* opens and gives me this message: The following files [VideoRA 2.19] could not be imported (they may be an unrecognized file type or the viles may not contain valid data).

Should I try downloading an earlier version? My 12" PowerBook runs OS 10.4.10.
