View Full Version : How can I add subtitles (.srt)?

I have these .srt files that come with Indian Movies and I would like to add them to the videos as I convert them or embed them prior to conversion. I like to watch the movies with friends that don't understand Hindi yet enjoy the movies by reading the subtitles. I know of another converter that is capable of doing such a thing, but I am far too attracted to the Video Wizard (which takes so much less time and gives such great quality) to stop using Videora.

Can somebody please let me know how I can use the .srt file to add subtitles before or during the conversion?

Thank You! ;)

You can use AVS Maker (below) to do this. Instructions are in the help file.

You won't be able to use Video Wizard, though.

I figured about the AVS Maker because it came up in a Google search with you ironically posting this same thing for a person asking about a Korean Movie.

I have two questions:

1) Is it very easy to use (the movies I get come with .srt files)
2) Is there any other way (because I love using the Video Wizard and the whole process of adjusting the settings manually not only gives me a headache, but most of the time it messes up the quality of the movie [video/audio sync, TV Size, and whatever]. I have used the original Videora iPod Converter and it wasn't a walk in the park so to speak)
