the mod16 size function is not working for me. the video turns out the same even if the mod16 size is ticked or not. is this the same for you guys?

Yep. You have to manually take control of the aspect ratio... usually turning autoresize off.

this feature would be useful so that we won't have to manually adjust videos above a width of 640 which is divisible by 16...
