I have a Sandisk V-Mate video recorder. It will record and playback video. It uses an MP4 format. Following are the specs from the manufacturer.

# Codecs: MPEG-4 Simple Profile, H.263
# Formats: MP4, 3GP, 3G2
# Resolution: Up to 640x480 pixels
# Frame Rate: Up to 30fps

I would like to convert avi to play on it. I know it will play one of the default ipod video formats but there is so many to choose from in Videora ipod converter I am not sure which to choose.

Could anyone offer a suggestion?

Paul

Instead of using the video wizard, go to the "Current Conversion" tab and click Convert Video to find your video.

Then, select a profile with "MPEG4" - they should all be compatible. If you have problems, try one with a lower number next to "kbps" and with "QVGA"
