Batch mode?

I am sure this is probably a stupid question, but how do you get to the batch mode? I am only finding the wizard?

Also if I register Videora's shareware program do the talking ads go away in the converter? I appreciate the free converter and do not mind the ads other than the one that SPEAKS alerting me to my FREE iPhone.

Start one conversion. While it's running, add another.
