I''ve gotten a couple of dvd to ipod xfers to work but I wanted to know if I'm doing it the best way from the standpoint of time & disk space:
1-initial rip takes almost as long as it would if I was watching the movie, then it creates an ~8GB file
2-I conver this file using Videora which takes almost as long as the time as step 1 and creates another ~1GB file
3-I transfer the file created in step 2 to the ipod library
4-at this point I have one ~8GB file and two ~1GB files. Can I delete the files created in steps 1 & 2?
Any tricks to doing step 1 & 2 faster? Also, I only have about 15GB left on my HD so step 1 really takes up alot of that space. Is there any way to do the initial rip that doesn't create such a huge file?
