Converting partly-help

So far I had no problems whatsoever with videora.
But, yesterday after spending two hours to covert a file it only registered 36 MB and only that bit was added on my I-tunes.
Meawhile, I had the complete file on real player.
So , I started again, I deleted it and re-converted it from scratch.
Still, the same old problem.
Any ideas on how I can resolve this?

We'll need to see the log please. Also, make sure the file can play in Windows Media Player, then try converting with a profile that says "AVISynth" in the name.
