Cannot see the Video Wizard

I downloaded the new videora ipod converter and now I cannot see the bottom of the page. It's like I need to scroll down farther, but it is not possible. The Video Wizard and the Set Title panes are down at the very bottom of my screen. I can only see the very tops of them. And although I can click on them, I cannot see the part where I can type in a name or even the OK button. I have tried everything; resizing the window, changing my resolution, auto hiding my task bar. Nothing works.
I need to be able to change the quality of the videos I am converting, so if any one knows how to fix this, please let me know.

Is this your first time you've run version 2.XX of the converter?

It has something to do with your computers display setup. Screen resolution, font size, display scheme, etc.

It is the first time I've used 2.xx. I had to install .Net, but didn't have any problems with that. I have tried changing my display settings, but that did not help either.

Tried changing them from what... to what?

I changed the DPI Settings to the smallest and that fixed everything. Thank you though.
