problem convering

hi,

i am using the iphone converter. I have created a vob file using dvd decrypter like your tutorial says. when i use your iphone converter software, it reaches a 100% it still continues to encode the file and doesnt stop. Can you please tell me what is the problem or what i am doin wrong?

it happened to me too. the progress bar is at 100% and the file is more than a gigabyte. i just cancelled/aborted the conversion.

then i tried using the POWER instead of NORMAL mode. Select file, output directory, then pick the profile with the 384 kbps. It worked...the file was 540 mb. I converted a DVD movie.

when i convert i disconnect from the internet.
use h.254 768kbps
use ipod touch 1st gen

know how seconds your movie is...usually they are about 8000 seconds but sometimes when you use decrypter to merge the movie into a vob file it shows less seconds (like 1900 seconds). for really long movies like pirates of the caribbean 3 its around 10000 seconds (2 hrs 36 minutes).


stick with videora. other converters don't have the same video quality and the aspect ratio doesn't look right.

i deleted all my installed codecs and players.
then i downloaded and installed k-lite mega codec
then i installed the videora iphone converter

You're not doing anything wrong. The progess bar is notoriously flakey. When it's done, it will finish.

hey midiman....when i use normal mode it estimates the file size to be 729mb but when the conversion is completed the file is 1800mb. i don't understand it
