video stretching on mac

i have a mac and when i drop my videos in the folder i think those are in 4:3 format. but when the video loads on the wii it comes out widescreen. is there any way to fix that?

i use windows but if you go to your media center on your mac and go to settings then movie settings you can choose to either have widescreen or fullscreen, dont know if that helps but maybe?:\

now when i change it it doesnt save the setting. must be a bug.

did you change it through the wii or mac, try both.

Or when viewing the movie or w/e scroll down using B and on the far far right of the bottom bar click that and it should show some viewing options
