Since performing the last windows update (which installed .NET 3.0) Videora no longer works. The application keeps failing with the EventID: 5000, Source: .NET Runtime 2.0 Error. There is an article posted through www.eventid.net in which Microsoft provides steps to resolve (article M911816 - but goto microsoft and search for "911816"). However, these steps do not resolve the issue. I have also attempted to uninstall .NET 2 & 3, to no avail. Any suggestions? Interesting that this issue surfaced AFTER installing .NET 3.0 and not 2.0 as the error suggests.
I'll apologize now if this is not the correct forum for this post. I performed a search and could find no other source describing this error or possible resolutions.
Thanks,
