version 2.25 help please

I have just upgraded to the new version and cannot fathom why it doesn't work for me when the old one did perfectly. When I click convert after setting all options it instantly says conversion complete. I have followed all instructions with no luck and I know that previous versions have supported the files I wish to convert. Does anyone have any suggestions other than downgrading to the earlier version? I am using firmware version 3.40 OE-A on my PSP.

Just realised the folder that was the path for converted files didn't actually exist. All working fine now. Happy days.
What would be the best setting to convert to though. Can anyone help.
