Has anyone successfully encoded a 480x272 video readable by the psp using Video9 2.25 and PSP firmware 3.40+ OE because for me it does not work!!!!!
- I can encode a file readable on the PC but the PSP cannot play it
- Other resolutions works fine, but not the native 480x272 resolution does not.
- I tried all default preset for 480x272 and manual settings possible,
- all encoders FFmpeg MIMB, FFmpeg_MH MI, FFmpeg MI, 1pass, 2pass
- all codecs MPEG4, MPEG-4 AVC, MJPEG
- all sound codecs AAC-LC, Wav
- auto framerate, manual framerate, avisynth enabled, disabled
- legacy file enabled, disabled
- copied the file in the legacy folders PSP\MP_ROOT\100ANV01 or in the Video folder in root
- Other resolution up to 320x240 worked
- I tried another encoder software (mediacoder 0.6) and the 480x272 movies works fine on the psp!!
so I know its not the firmware, the original movie or the psp, so there is definitively a bug in psp-video9-v2.25 unless some of you say that it worked for you... then I might consider installing the software on another PC to give it a try, otherwise I hope this will be fixed soon because I like pspvideo9
