can someone explain why i keep coming up with this error, this has happened on 3 versions already, uninstalled and reinstalled, no luck??

If you are unable to start the software, it's possible that there is a problem with your .NET framework installation.
We recommend you uninstall all versions of the .NET framework on your computer and then download and install version 2.0 of the .NET framework.
