Audio out of sync?

Okay, not sure what source files were, wasn't paying much attention yesterday as I was encoding all of my DVD rips and TV shows to MP4 and then moved them over to my PS3.
This morning, I go to watch something and the sound was off a few seconds.

Of the 15 or so things I transfered, several were really off.

POTC: Dead Man's Chest, Madagascar, The Wild, Narnia and a few others.

Is there a setting I can use to avoid this, or a codec perhaps that is problematic?

I had a similar problem.

A few questions: What are your convert settings? Are you converting DVD to AVI then using Red Kawa to Convert to MP4?

Try editing your profile and add "-async 1" without quotes into the extra command box for the profile you use. It will undoubtedly take longer to convert but the video will sync up with the audio.
