Error 101501

Hi there,

Several of my files elicit an error 101501, which is defined in the Help section as "Output file does not contain any stream."

I can't figure out what this really means, or how I might fix it.

Any info?

We would need to see a console log...

To generate a console log, please follow these steps.
1. Click the Convert tab.
2. Click on the "Console" tab and check the "Enable Console" box.
3. Start encoding the video that failed as you normally would.
4. Cancel the conversion after ~10 seconds by clicking the "Abort" button.
5. Go back to the "Console" tab
6. Copy the console log (highlight text, use CTL-C) up until the lines where it starts saying "frame=..."
7. Paste the text into a message here using CTL-V

you appear to be using an older version of the converter -- it's easier to troubleshoot if you download the latest version (3.07)

not sure what that line means. I haven't seen it before.

It looks like you may have a very oddly formatted input file that isn't convertible in Videora, unless someone else is aware of a fix.

it says to try adding the input file to iTunes, and convert for iPod with iTunes, although in that case the input was MOV not MPG. no idea if it will work for you.
