Audio not Sync'd with VOB Conversion

I just converted a .VOB file to AVC using 1.92 of PS3 Video 9 and the audio is not in sync with the video. It is lagging behind quite significantly, right from the start of the movie. I am using the default settings in 1.92 for AVC. Anyone else having these problems with VOBs in particular?

type "-async 1" in the custom flags box of the encoding options. The audio will be fixed but encoding will take a bit longer.

i am currently having the same problem and it pisses me off. where is this custom flags box?
