Error 102817, how do I resolve this?

So I was trying to convert an avi and this error message 102817 came up. Upon researching what that meant I discovered it meant "Error loading movie". How do I resolve this?

In order to troubleshoot specific video problems, we need to see a console log.
Also, report the any error message received.

To generate a console log, please follow these steps.
1. Click on the "Console" tab and check the "Enable Console" box.
2. Start encoding the video that failed as you normally would.
3. Cancel the conversion after ~10 seconds by clicking the "Abort" button.
4. Go back to the "Console" tab
5. Click the "Copy Console" button
6. Paste (using Ctrl+V) the console log to the forum
