I just converted my first MCE file so I could watch it on my iPod (5G). But I've found that the sound is out of sync with the video. The video catches up to the audio about 3 seconds later. Help?

I updated to the newest version, but I'm still having the same problem. The audio leads the video by a few seconds. Not sure what to do to fix it short of editing it in a movie editing program.
