Alright, I just had mine figured out today, so I can probably help. ^^; First off, do you have "windows media player"? If so, right-click the video file, go to 'Properties', then look where it says "Opens with:" Click the "Change..." tab, and under the list of possible programs, select "Windows Media Player".
Now, enter your USB SD card reader.
Under "Settings" in WV9, click on the "Devices" tab, then the "Wii" tab. You should see the "Video output folders". Change the "MJPEG Movies" location to the DCIM folder on your Wii's SD card. (Browse button, "My Computer", [Your SD card, possibly "Removable Disk {H:}" if it's not renamed], and when you see the DCIM and Private folders (Or just one if it's not an actual Wii SD card), click on the DCIM folder.
Now any video files will be going directly to your SD card (For the time being).
Now, go back to your Wii Video 9 'Convert' page (Under the VideoWizard tab) and select the file. Follow the steps until you see the video become automatically converted.
Now, click the "Convert Video" button, select your video file again, then the three "Title, Device, and profile" settings will be unlocked. Keep the title as whatever you want, keep the device as "Wii", and make sure the Profile is "MJPEG 2048kbps Sterio/192kbps". Hit the "Apply" (Or "Start") Button to convert it again.
Now, look in your SD card's file for the video, and see what file type it is. If it says "Movie File" when you hover your mouse over it, then it was a success. If it shows ".AVI File", then move on to the next step.
Go back to the "Convert Video" button, select your new ".AVI" movie file, and change the profile to "MJPEG 2048kbps Sterio/192kbps AviSynth", and convert again.
Then convert that new file to "MJPEG 2048kbps Sterio/192kbps" again. This time it should work. It might say .AVI somewhere, but just try it. If it doesn't work, then dang. >.>;
