Installation done, yet can't even get program started

Every time I download Videora, it says

"Videora Converter has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

"Please tell Microsoft about this problem." And blah blah blah Don't Send or Send Error Reports

Completely uninstall any previos versions before installing. Posibly hit the Windows Update site and update your .NET installation.

it works, but now the video won't convert. It goes to quality enchancement and audio etc., but when I click next nothing goes. Then I tried one-click convert and power convert, and I got error 100503. i thought this was supposed to actually convrt it.
