I keep getting error 100000 have no idea what to do. here is my log

I've never seen this in the audio details? Is this a DVD rip?

Also, don't store original/converted video on your desktop or "My Documents." Put them in someplace like C:\Videos.

yes this was a dvd rip, any solutions?

You still have the ffmpeg version from 3.00.
To solve this, uninstall 3.01 then Install 3.02.
Don't just install 3.02 over your current installation make sure you uninstall first to get rid of the old ffmpeg.
