Hi there, basically I was converting a DVD to the new nano ipod, and I was using your program after ripping the file from the DVD. I left it to run and it reached 100%. But it kept on doing stuff, like still converting for like 10minutes even after it had said 100% and time remaining was 0.

So I checked in the folder when I was telling the file to go and it was there. So I decided to press cancel and abort conversion, which in turn deleted the whole thing. I was expecting that to happen. But I didn't know what to do as it just kept seemingly converting afer it had said 100%.

Now do I just need to be patient beause it always keeps going on after 100% or is there a problem?

I would post a log but I didn't know about the console until I started looking for help on these forums :p sorry. So I'm doing one now currently with the console working, so if you want me to post a log for this one I will update this thread with the new log.

Hopefully you can help me with my problem =] I have no other problems with this software and think it is pretty damn great!

Thanks in advance, Ellmeister.

Sometimes the progress meter and time remaining are inaccurate. As long as the 'Processed' value keeps getting bigger and is less than the length of your movie (in seconds), it's still working. Let it ride.

Thanks for that, I had another go with another film and left it for 30minutes more than durated.

But I cameback, it said it had completed, and now it won't add to itunes. Heres the end of the log (it seems I didn't start right from the beginning so I haven't got all that at the start)

video:1890327kB audio:157528kB global headers:0kB muxing overhead -81.908216%
EXEC: C:\Program Files\Red Kawa\Video Converter 3\Tools\AddToItunes\AddToItunes.exe -add "C:\Documents and Settings\Jacq's\My Documents\My Videos\The Godfather Part 1.mp4"

iTunes Library Tool 2.0

Failed to add file to iTunes Library
MSG - Converter - Error Code: 400000

Thats the end part, if you need the beginning I am currently converting one more with the begining consoled as well. Hopefully you can see the problem with this.

Hopefully you can help again :D thanks.

Also I just tried playing on quicktime player, and it came up saying:

Error -2048: Couldn't open the file THEGOD~1.MP4 because it is not a file that QuickTime understands.

Just wondering if that helps. Thanks
