Buttons are on the screen

Hello, i have used this program a lot about a year ago, now i reinstalled it to my computer.
the buttons to start converting aren't on the screen, i have reinstalled the program a few times and still the same thing happens. i seems like all i need to do is make it full screen but when i do that the buttons are still out of screen..
any advice??
