I've been trying to get movies ready for when I get my iPod touch. However, I've never really done much converting so I'm a bit of a n00b. I've been getting Error 100000. At least once (I haven't really paid attention to all of them) I've had it hit 100% and it just keeps running, only to give me the error a while later. Here's my log:

It looks like you're running into rights issues with Windows. The easist solution is change the storage location for your converted files out of c:\users.

Hmm. Seems that didn't work. I'm trying again and changed a few default settings. I had changed the files into the C: drive and where they would be output when they were finished, but I didn't set that as default. I'll try that.

If that won't work, any ideas of what will?

Okay, so a bit of a double post, but here is an update.

I was converting the video. It got to 100% and stuck for some time (the number of seconds converted was over twice the actual number of seconds of video). I accidentally closed the program. I checked and the video was still in the Converted Videos section of my C: drive, the new location since you've given me the advice.

I assumed then that it must be done.

I attempted to import into iTunes (I turned off the automatic import just in a case that was a problem) and got nothing. No response.

Any ideas on what might be the problem? Was it just that I closed it too early or is there something else.
