I've done a completely clean install with stock profiles, but trying to encode a video that works fine on the 1pass equivalent of the same profile does absolutely nothing. Nothing shows up on the console. I'm converting an XviD to H.264 480x320 768kbps Stereo/128kbps (2-Pass).
Any ideas what could be wrong?

Hi,
We just tested H.264 QVGA 768kbps Stereo/128kbps 2-Pass and it works fine.
However, when we tested H.264 480x320 768kbps Stereo/128kbps 2-Pass, it did not work and we get the same results as you. You have found a bug in the software.
We will try to fix it in the next version.

I've noticed that in the settings for a default install, the 2-pass profiles have no Encoder selected under General Properties. Encoding works fine when I set it to iPod 2-pass, but then AutoResize doesn't seem to do anything and my video is the original video's resolution.

Thanks for reporting the AutoResize problem.
The issues with 2-Pass and AutoResize should now be fixed in version 3.04.
