Installation error?

When I updated from the previous version, it installs okay (apparently), but when I try to run the software I immediately get an error box that says the basic "Videora Converter has encountered a problem and needs to close" message with the basic send/don't send error report buttons. Could I possibly be missing a file?

I'm running on Windows XP Home, and memory and RAM definately are not an issue.

Did you try uninstalling prior to reinstalling?

No, but I realized what my issue was.
I didn't pay attention to where the default install destination, I assumed it was the same before.
I tried installing it again in the folder where I had my old Videora, and now it works.

Uninstalling the old one first would have accomplished the same results.
