I've been a having a problem with this converter. I am trying to convert a 30 minute show for my iphone. This file is about 200MBs. When I convert it, I put the settings in and it says estimated file size is about 100MBs. Well after it finishes converted(which takes about an hour and 20 minutes) and ends up being such a large file! The .mp4 is now almost 400MBs! I don't understand this, I have tried all the different profiles/conversion settings and it always turns out the same. Also, I dont think it should be taking over an hour to convert a 30 minute show on the default settings. Can someone please help me?

i have the same problem (the file size doubles in size).

additionally, i cannot see how the process is going on the conversion as the videora iphone window freezes (but doesn't stop converting as i see the temp file increase in file size),... though once it is finished it just stops all together and doesn't change the temp file extention to mp4 (from mp4-1), i am using the latest version as of today.... it used to work fine a month ago but not anymore...

So does anyone know a solution or why this occurs? I really like this program but I can't use it because of this problem...

It's all in the settings. h.264 vs. mpeg4 by itself won't make a ton of difference.
