Can't See the Entire Program

Whenever I open up the program, I cannot see the bottom of the page. In the converter area, everything is cut off after Step 2 in Normal mode. What's wrong?

You're probably running too low a display resolution or have some other options like large fonts or a small dpi setting in your display settings.

I've got an issue here that may or may not be similar. I've browsed the forum to see whether someone's had the same problem, but I'm not sure. I've been using the converter for a few months now, but all of a sudden it won't work. The home screen is the same, but when I click on the 'video file' tab, there's nothing there, just a blank screen. It's been like this for a while, I thought it might be my internet connection (went over the download limit & was throttled back to dial-up), because apparently normal mode needs internet, but now it's rolled over to the next month, and the problem persists. I've tried uninstalling, re-downloading and re-installing, and the same thing happens, which makes me think there must be something wrong with the settings, or something.
One thing, though, in the settings tab, there's the red cross, which I assume means that it's not recognising the videora install directory.. i redirected it to Red Kawa etc, and I re-named the file to videora.exe like someone said in another thread, but it still hasn't done anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
