Cannot convert videos to iTunes

Everytime I try to convert a file, I get the following message:

Your converted video could not be added to your iTunes Library. Please see the Troubleshooting section in the Help menu for more details.

No matter the size of the file, I can never convert a video properly. I've looked at the Help menu, but nothing matches this problem.

Any suggestions???

I have found a solution to the above. If you manually open iTunes, the video transfers over without any issue. This issue only occurs when Videora is required to open iTunes on it's own.
