help choosing a profile?

hey guys I was wondering which profile would i pick if i wanted these settings:
Video Format: NEW
Video Size: iPod
Video Quality: High
Enhance Quality: Off
Audio Quality: Best

I would stick to normal convert, but it takes forever to queue up long seasons of TV shows. So one click convert would make things alot easier.
