Help with converting DVD to a single file

when i convert a dvd using psp 9 i can't seem to figure how to get just a single video file. i get vts_01_1, vts_02_2 and so on. how can i get the final output file to be a single video file using just psp video 9? do i need to use a converting program first or can we do it all using just psp video 0!?

does this program work if u hav the files alreadfy on ur computer and not on a disk?

No. If that's the case, you should use DVD Shrink.
