Problem with 3.04

Ever since I downloaded 3.04 I have been having a heck of a time. First if I try to convert in normal mode, it does not want to go to second step. Finally it did. After numerous trys since yesterday. Now it says beginning starting conversion and is stuck at 7s. If I try in power mode I get same problem it just freezes. Here is the copied console. Any help would be great.
