Hey all, just wanted to say thanks to the admins for running these forums. I have been using your products for quite a while now with success... up until now.
I have about 30 gigs worth of TV shows and movies I want to convert to play on my new ipod 160 GB classic. When I first got the iPod, I was using an older version of the video converter and the videos seemed to work fine on my ipod. I updated my converter to the new classic version, and now the videos wont work on my ipod. They show up fine, the times are accurate, the labels are accurate, but when I hit play, it just stays as a black screen and doesnt do anything. It says it is playing in the upper right corner, but the timer never starts and it stays black and blank.
Any ideas on what may be causing this? I am hopeful it is a setting in the new converter and not my ipod. If I can get this working to perfection I will be sure to make a decent donation. Thanks again for all the help!
