Inconsistant Audio Delay

I've been trying to convert a video, but the Audio Delay is inconsistent as I do this.

What I mean is... At the begining, the audio is in step with the video, but at the end, the audio comes 2 minutes after the video.

Need a console log?

Probably no need to post a log. That specific problem is very difficult to deal with. I'm not sure there's a real solution I can give you.

I'd assume that I just need to lower the frames per second, but I'm not sure how to do that.
