DVD Ripping/Conversion no audio problem

Hey everyone,

I followed the guide in the Videora to ripping DVDs and then converting them. I have successfully ripped a dvd that I own twice. However, when I convert it and then place it in iTunes and my Touch, I do not get any audio with the video.

any help?
