100% and still going

This is my first time using this feature, took me a wile just to find out how to do this for my 30gb classic. Anyway, I start the conversion. Says it will take about 35mins. After the time goes by. Says its 100% completed but the Time Elapsed is still going along with File size, Frame and Processed. Im a little comfused, if its 100% done, why is all this still going?

What if i save it in the desktop folder? will that be ok? or won't it becase it is a branch of docs & Settings?
