Please help me with conversion problem

well i got a ipod video 30g yesterday and i wanted to put this file on. a dvd i decrepted. but this is what happened. (i got error code 100326)

ive tried it serveral times now and it keeps say error code 100326 cannot open and gives me that console thing I already posted. Does anyone have any idea of what could be wrong??

hey i had one more question. after you decrypt the files from the dvd to the computer and, you convert them using videora and put it on the ipod in itunes. do u need to keep that file, on your computer even if its on your ipod? because they are taking up space.
