having issues with sound and video

basically enough, all of my videos either have the video skip way ahead of the audio or vice versa. im kinda new at this whole thing, and not super good with technology (yeah even though im asian) an its really frustrating. once it hits like 20 minutes it starts to get off, and by 1 hour every action and sound has like a good 2 second gap. i dont understand any of the options (i have an older version of videora) any help?

Delays that are not constant (1/2 second off through the whole movie) are very difficult to deal with. Try a newer version of the program and a different video source.
