I used Videora to convert a film, added it on -tunes and checked if it was copied.
The film appears under my videos and it can play, but, when I synchronise my ipod so that I can import it, I get an error message saying: the film was not copied to your ipod because it cannot be played on this ipod (my ipod is a classic video ipod).
Why is that?
I can assure you it is a film and I can view it and play it on I-tunes and Quicktime, but, when I tried copying and pasting on my ipod nothing works. I simply cannot get it on my ipod whatsoever.
The film appears under my converted films follder as an MPEG-4 file (Quicktime) but, for some reason, I did not get the standard mirror MP4 file, I to get from all other films
I have converted, which appear both as Quicktime and MP4.
Can someone help?
Should I convert it again? On the other hand, it appears to be fine under my Videora library and the I-tunes video library. So where is the problem?
Many thanks.
Robert
