I don't know much about widescreen ipod playback. Your source video is not widescreen... it's 4:3. I'd try resizing to 480x360.

Thank for the reply but it didn't work. I uninstalled and installed it still the same problem exist.

You're resizing to 480x360 which, if I'm not mistaken, is larger than the native Touch screen in one dimension of the resolution. You also appear to be having issues with user rights storing your converted files in Documents and Settings.
