Moving Library

Hi

All my converted files are going on to my hard drive and taking up alot of room. I would like them to go onto my external hard drive, but although I have changed the location they don't go in there.

Can anyone tell me how do to this or shall I just move the library over one by one and will they still show up in itunes.

Moving the library is difficult. All the file locations are hard coded on a per file basis in a large xlm file.

How can I get it to download to my external hard drive in the future. Have tried a couple of things but it didn't work.

Download what?? With what? From what?

I need videora to convert onto my external hard drive instead of my c drive on the pc for future conversions.

Then change the output directory.

Post a log.

Also... go to settings/converter... change the output directories there. Make sure you click "save settings" when you're done.

Ok, I worked it out. I made a converted videos folder on my external hard drive, made the same folders as on my c: drive and was able to cut and paste all my folders from my pc to the external hard drive and everything works just fine.
