Full screen Movies dont fit screen..?

EDIT: Nevermind lol, i just find out the videos that i was playing on the Ps3 were zoomed in, i just had to press triangle and put them on normal setting..woow....






Hi i converted a bunch of widescreen movies with video 9 and they play perfectly on the ps3 and my tv. I recently converted a couple movies that were originally full screen and I realized that they are to big when played on the tv and dont fit, It looks zoomed in on the Tv.
I have a 32' tv ( not widescreen )

Anyone know how i should be converting the files so they fit the screen? thanks

Actually i just checked and the movies aren't really full screen to start with, but recently what i convert dosen't fit the tv screen, but on the computer its fine. I always convert to mpeg-4 AVC 768 kps

What encoding options are you using? resolution? Are you using any cropping or a different aspect ratio? These settings can somtimes alter the way the video is viewed on the ps3
